How big are the magnets?
Each magnet is 5 × 5 cm (50 × 50 mm) — about the size of a matchbox. Big enough to see the faces, small enough to fill a fridge with memories.
Will my photo work? It's from my phone / an old print.
Almost always! Phone photos are perfect. For old prints, take a clear photo of the print in good light. If a photo is too blurry or dark, we'll let you know before we make anything.
My photo isn't square. How will it be cropped?
We crop to a square, centred on the main subject. Want a specific crop? Just tell us in the notes when you order.
How do I pay?
After you send your photos, tap "Pay now" to pay securely through Square (our payment provider) by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Shipping is added at checkout once you enter your delivery address: $12 flat Australia-wide, free on orders of $200 or more. Prefer an invoice? Send your photos, then email support@popframe.com.au with your order number and we'll send you one. Events and business orders are paid by Square invoice.
How long does delivery take?
We make and post your magnets within 2–3 business days of payment, with Australia Post. Delivery then usually takes a few more business days, depending on where you live. For Christmas, order by 8 December. Gift sets have a $12 flat shipping fee; bulk packs of 50+ ship free.
What happens to my photos?
Your photos are used only to make your magnets. They're kept private and automatically deleted 30 days after your order. We never share them without your permission. Read our policies.
Do you post customers' magnets on social media?
Only if you say yes. When you send your photos you can choose whether you're happy for us to share your magnets on Instagram and Facebook. We never share names or personal details, and if you change your mind just let us know and we'll take the post down.
Something arrived damaged — what now?
Send us a photo within 14 days by Instagram message or email support@popframe.com.au and we'll remake it free of charge.
Can you make magnets with our logo, a QR code or text?
Yes! Send us your logo, QR code link, message or photos and we'll lay out the design and check it with you before printing. Great for promotions, menus, reviews, contact details and event favours.
How far do you travel for events?
Travel is free within 20 km of Gympie. Beyond that it's $1.20 per km (return trip), and we'll include it in your quote — we regularly cover the Sunshine Coast and Fraser Coast.
